Fixed issue where debris colliders were being extruded

Fixed issue where debris was colliding with an enemy station

Fixed "surface planet" dialog text showing early

Fixed "surface planet" dialog UI arrow position bug 

Fixed UI arrow not option wrapping on "surface planet" dialog

Kinda a small update.. but those debris colliders were way off.. I think something changed when I updated Unity.
I hate the thought of someone picking up the game and going straight into an ugly bug! 😅

also I finally polished the "surface planet" dialog UI which has bothered so many people (including myself) for so long 😄

Please let me know if any bugs are found! 🙏
