Fixed bug where fast wide bullets were disappearing!

Wide fast bullets no longer push the player backwards!

2 new levels for desert planet!

New boss at the end of desert planet!

Fixed bug where player's controls occasional became locked!

Fixed green boost shield not showing while boosting in space!

Bonus level 4 is easier to complete!

Enemies no longer shoot after a level is completed!
