(The "!" meter goes down when you stop moving. Goes up when you sneak and goes up more when your walking)

(The kitty snitches are not affected by the meter, walk away quickly if the meter allows it)

(there are people in the beds, walking into the bedrooms multiplies "!" effect on the meter)
